If you are experiencing difficulty uploading documents through the Secure Document Upload Portal:

 

Check that the file type is PDF, JPG or TIF and that each file does not exceed 5 MB.

 

Check that you are using the latest browser version. If you still experience difficulty, use the latest version of one of the following browsers:

 

DESKTOP/LAPTOP:    Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox

 

MOBILE DEVICES:      Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox
